It is the responsibility of hirer or hirers appointed caterer to ensure any furniture moved is returned inside the building. Do not move conservatory plants outside.

Because of the use of an automatic watering system on the roof terrace plants MUST NOT be moved from their appointed position.

Parking is available in Ransome’s Dock courtyard after 6pm ONLY on weekdays. No restrictions at weekends.

BABLINE/The Conservatory Venue shall not bear any liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from any cause whatsoever during or in connection with any function.

If hire equipment needs to be delivered earlier than this the hirer must liaise with The Conservatory Venue for delivery details and instructions. THERE IS NO PERSON AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE OR SIGN FOR ANY DELIVERIES MADE TO THE CONSERVATORY KITCHEN.
